    We ordered Jan 7 th for family dinner at Christmas party. ETA was 30 mins was told they were not busy at all.
    We never heard from them again. At the 75 min mark they blames it on being busy and said 15 mins in route to us.

    Then at the 90 min mark called back and they said ANOTHER 15 mins. This time they gave us free bread stick coupons for a future order. Like there will be a next time.

    NO APOLOGIES AND NO SORRY TONE IN THE MANAGERS VOICE. Just cruddy bread stick coupons. Valued at like $2.00. When we spent alot of money.

    Please what a cheap useless gesture for bad food, bad service, and people who could not have cared less the customer got jerked around.
